Our History and Current Status
Starting its humble beginning from trading in Gypsum Plaster in 2000 from Gurugram, Dudhi Group today has become a renowned name in the premium construction products segment serving premium clients. Currently, Dudhi Group operates across four product segments namely Gypsum Based Products, Cement Based Products, FRP-based Products, and Designer Planters.
In this journey, we have observed failures at times because of a lack of knowledge, preparation, homework, and professionalism. However, we have learned from every failure, small or big. Finally, we succeeded because of the hunger for continuous improvement based on reflection, keeping a winning attitude, finding the root cause, and passionately working for improvement.

We have 4 world-class manufacturing plants located strategically close to major consuming markets at Bikaner (Rajasthan) and Jhajjar (Haryana).

Procurement Control
Of Raw Materials:
All chemicals/components /materials properly identified as to name, code, lot number, receiving date, and expiration date on the receiving report. All the incoming materials are tested for parameters specified as per Certificates of Analysis. All records to maintain procurement control kept on file for at least 6 months

Product
Product offerings in the market is a Unique by application
1. Gypsum-based plasters are eliminating traditional sand and cement plaster which is having good acceptance in the India Building Industry.
2. Cement-based products such as block mortar, tile adhesive, and skim coat plaster is refers to the features, advantages, and benefits of Dry construction products which are peculiar from traditional wet construction materials.
3. Fiber-reinforced polymer products we are offering in place of Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete(SFRC), Alloy products (CI/DI) which are very common and traditional products. Secondly, FRP Planter is an architectural designer product having an innovative initiation of the company.
Price
To maintain the price level, strategically we are monitoring the customer’s willingness of paying capacity for different products and the cost of the product to us. It also impacts the competitor's availability in the market. In this situation, The Average Selling Price (ASP) is a better weapon to maintain profit margin. In fact, this method is the main factor in creating a marketing strategy.
Place
Though we deal with building industries products obviously the marketplace is either a retail segment or direct selling product to the buyer(end-user). Our main focus is to sell products to developers/ Builders/contractors/ end users. The dealer or distributor network is working with us as a secondary selling channel.
People
People empowerment is our key policy as per our guidelines. So we maintain people in every segment ie-: production, supply chain, marketing, HR, and Finance. The total strength (manpower) is approx 250 and 50 of them are marketing professionals who are qualified MBAs from renowned institutions. Rather qualified engineers are engaged in production and quality control operations.

Promotional activities we are doing very less because directly we are selling products to customers. Still, we have a strong brand image in the market due to our quality, service, and marketing tactics.
