Dudhi Crack Filler is a gypsum-based product for filling cracks and cavities in walls. Dudhi Crack Filler contains a Polymers, Fillers & Extenders, Despersing Agents, cellulose derivative, which improves cohesive strength and promotes adhesion to ceiling boards,plaster, lime, cement.

Features

Application
- Smooth cracked area with a utility knife or similar tool, cutting away any jagged edges to forma “v” shape
- Excess crack filler must be worked away from the crack and smoothed off with a lightly wetted putty
knife or trowel to avoid any excess crack filler from hardening in undesirable areas - Clean the putty knife regularly with a damp cloth, which will ensure a smooth lump-free finish
- All repaired cracks must be allowed to dry for 3 hours before sanding and painting
Useful Tips
- Add upto 3 parts of crack filler to 1 part of clean cold water (to form workable consistency).
- Mix to a smooth lump free paste
- Do not mix more paste than can be used within 30 minutes
- Use an 80-100mm wide flexible putty knife to feather the edges of the patch to approximately 30mm
on either side of the crack. This will make the crack less noticeable to the eye. - Dudhi Crack Filler adhesive must be kept in normal, dry conditions and protected from damp. The product has a shelf life of approximately 9 months if stored, as described above, in its original sealed
moisture tight container - Not suitable for repairing of structural faults (foundation movements and substrate)

- Dudhi Interior Crack Filler contains no harmful materials but may cause skin irritation to some individuals. Don not ingest and avoid contact with eyes.
